Shadow Creek Apartments
J2 Company, LLC installed the entire electrical system for a multi-family housing complex including 240 units, various garages, and a clubhouse. Each individual structure included main switch gear, multiple distribution panels, and branch circuits. J2 Company assisted the engineer of record with value engineering of electrical design build of this project. With our in-house engineering team, J2 Company provided multiple engineering efforts to reduce power consumption, establish conductor sizing and overcurrent sizing.
Relevance to this Proposed Work
- Procurement of electrical components and switch gear – including hard-to-find components.
- Coordinating with AHJ inspectors to confirm installation of electrical components.
- Electrical engineering for service conductors, branch circuits and load calculations.
- Meg testing of conductors before energizing.
