Position Title:

Electrician

Job Description

J2 Company is hiring an Electrician with growth opportunities and access to our Certified Training Program. This individual will have knowledge of residential, commercial and/or industrial electrical needs and issues. They will be able to do basic troubleshooting, as well as install, repair and maintain electrical equipment while constantly demonstrating safe work practices. This role will create value by performing local electrical installations in Jackson, TN and surrounding areas. Must be able to self-perform as well as work in a team environment. Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
  • Able to understand blueprints and wire connections
  • Conduit bending and installation
  • Pulling Wire
  • Troubleshooting and repairing electric/electronic equipment, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
  • Troubleshooting up to 480 VAC and DC circuits.
  • Working in a self-directed manner with little supervision

What Will Pull You Ahead

  • Two (2) year technical degree in electrical field
  • Experience with precision alignment of motors, couplings, bearings, and pumps
  • Experience utilizing a computerized maintenance management system
  • Experience operating a motorized forklift and/or clamp truck

Job Description

J2 Company is hiring an HVAC Technician that can install, maintain, and repair heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems. J2 mechanics and installers will be responsible for heating, ventilation, cooling, and refrigeration systems that control the temperature and air quality in buildings.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
  • Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems
  • Conduct regular inspections of property HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning
  • Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines when working on HVAC systems

Requirements

Position Title:

Project Manager

Job Description

J2 Company is hiring a Project Manager with management growth opportunities. This will position will provide the necessary support for projects within the organization. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of construction projects from initiation to completion. J2’s Project Manager twill be responsible of managing multiple projects ranging in complexity and contract value. You will be responsible for working alongside the Project Engineers, Superintendents and Estimators to complete the Project Team. This position will monitor compliance with design, standards, and legislation. The role will be a liaison between project management / project engineers and service techs as well as between clients and company.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure projects stay on-time and on-budget through oversight and quality control methods.
  • Navigate customers and team through complex technical, contractual, or regulatory issues.
  • Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements, define project goals, and track progress.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Must use cost-saving initiatives within the respective category
  • Familiar with repair and maintenance trades a plus (electrical, mechanical, construction, ect.)
  • Will be able to foster a collaborative and teaming environment.
  • Help implement systematic and effective operational techniques and workflow procedures that will enhance efficiency and quality.
