Shadow Creek Apartments
J2 Company, LLC installed the entire electrical system for a multi-family housing complex including 240 units, various garages, and a clubhouse. Each individual structure included main switch gear, multiple distribution panels, and branch circuits. J2 Company conducted itself as a design build partner to the engineer of record and owner. With our in-house engineering team, J2 Company provided multiple engineering efforts to reduce power consumption, establish conductor sizing and overcurrent sizing.
Relevance to this Proposed Work
- Procurement of electrical components and switch gear – including hard-to-find components.
- Coordinating with AHJ inspectors to confirm installation of electrical components.
- Electrical engineering for service conductors, branch circuits and load calculations.
- Meg testing of conductors before energizing.
